Our hearing specialist, Elizabeth, has been Amazing. She is kind, welcoming and so very helpful. She helped us through choosing the right hearing aids, customizing the settings and helps us keep everything in running order. If anything is not perfect she is always happy to make sure adjustments are made. We couldn’t be happier with our choice.

Elizabeth Dumet is knowledgeable and kind. I have come back for several little adjustments and she spends the time to discover what needs to be changed or improved with the patience and empathy. This is my first time using hearing aids. I feel very lucky to have found Elizabeth.
I am in between mild to major hearing loss.
