We have worked with a private audiologist, other Sams audiologists in Florida, Arizona, Nebraska, and Texas, and we've NEVER had a better audiologist than Bob in Columbia, Missouri. We miss him!!! He truly cares about his patients/customers, and gives beyond the call service for any hearing aide issue. He doesn't upsell, and he's ethical and honest.. He's awesome. Browns, now in Texas.
I have nothing but positives from my experience working with Bob and making a hearing aid purchase through the Sam's Club Hearing Center. The Dr's office which tested my hearing, determined I had a hearing loss and attributed that to my tinnitus also wanted me to pay $2,900 EACH for hearing aids! I paid $2,400 TOTAL through Sam's Club, saving $3,400! They are fantastic and eliminated my tinnitus by the end of the 2nd day!
