Outstanding customer service! From my call with customer support to the appointment with Dr Summer, I was treated so kindly and they both went above and beyond to give me the help I needed. Thank you!!
Never get a hearing aid here!!!!!!! they will fit you with a hearing aid and then tell you that they do not accept your insurance after it is to late to return the device. Force you to have to pay full price out of pocket. They do not give any paperwork for proof of or date of purchase and to top it off they puled this on my poor grand mother. Shame on you for targeting seniors.
