Ann was the most professional person I met lately. Her professional on the phone attracted me to this sam's club, even though I had one 15 minutes away. I had been to a hearing professional right before her. She spent all the time to go over every step of what she was doing. The professional didn't do anything. She showed me videos of inside my ear canal that the doctors couldn't be bothered with. Called multiple times, different days and no one answered the phone.
Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I cancelled one appointment at their request so the “doctor” could pick a friend up out of state. On the second appointment she never showed and called 30 minutes after appointment to tell me she has to car pool and hit traffic. This is NOT a reputable operation. Save yourself the time and aggravation.
