Today we purchased new hearing aids with the help of Sarah Spicer, the Lucid Hearing Specialist at the Sandusky Sam's Club. She is friendly, knowledgeable and competent. All of our questions were thoroughly answered and her goal was to help my husband improve his hearing, not simply to sell a product. We would recommend both the Sandusky Sam's Hearing Center and the Lucid Hearing Aids.

Elliot is very full of himself. He is constantly trying to tell jokes instead of just doing the job. I went to get custom earplugs for work and instead of just using the foam dam like he's supposed to he uses cotton which he pushes around for a long time before he gets into place. He tried to say I have a low pain tolerance because I was flinching during this process. The only reason I was flinching was because every time he put his tool in my ear I heard eardrum reverb.
