WARNING::: I bought a box of Hostess danish at the Longmont store 2 days ago. The danish tasted like mold. Looked at the BEST BUY DATE MAY 18 2026 THAT WAS 10 DAYS AGO!!!! I tried to call Longmont Sam's Club but there is no Store Manager on Thursday. The girl didn't know if the manager works tomorrow or not, she doesn't have access to their schedule. The only manager today is a front end manager. No store manager!!!! No wonder they have expired products for sale. SAMS CLUB MUST BE PAYING THE MANAGER TO WORK FROM HOME.

I ordered and paid for the Adventure Castle Playset. Called the Sams club in Novi prior to picking it up. I was told when I came in to go to the pick-up area. Which I did. upon arriving I was told that they never pulled the order and that I had to come back tomorrow. Which we did only to make two trips for Brittnay to tell us the order was cancelled. Very nice helpful people. Lost my IPhone while shopping at this Sam’s Club. Talked with some of the staff about what happened. About 2 hours later I had my phone back.  To the great people who work their THANK YOU!!!

Went to Sams Club Optical in Sanford, FL for new glasses 4/2026. Workers must have been having a hard day. Asked if they accepted my insurance and they said "NO" even before I told them what company covered me. Then I asked if they accepted Medicare, AARP, or UHC and he said no. So I had to pay full price.

Sam's Club Des Plaines Auto front desk and mechanics are gang of thieves. Today I went to fix the flat tire which doesn't have any visible hole outside but the mechanic came and showed me there is a visible hole (Looks like the mechanic made a hole to purchase a tire) which can't repairable so you need to replace a new tire and I bought all 4 tires for safe side. We purchased 4 Goodyear Assurance Max Life P255/45/19 tires ( Last Sunday of October) with Bruce from the Concord Nh store. We were offered the Sam's card ( which we easily got AND we "upgraded" to a PLUS status) Paid Tires came in got our extra 60.00 off and another 30.00 ( for upgrading our membership. NOW HERE is my TOTAL Disust with a Tech named " Charlie, Eric, and a couple others who were there ( we were scheduled for 1:00PM Sunday Nov 6, 2025.
