Serious hassle returning these. Had we known we would have never even tried them. After being a Sam’s Club member for decades the woman at Lucid was so unprofessional and made me feel bad for her. I understand now that they work off some kind of bonus program and because it was the end of the fiscal year they didn’t want to accept the return. We were given 90 days to return. We had to make several calls and a second trip to a second location a total of 2.5 hours of driving to get the return resolved. It was a nightmare.
I am so happy with my new hearing aids!! My new hearing aids also work better than my old $6,000 aids I bought from Miracle Ear several years ago. I got my new ones for a fraction of the price & the service is amazing. Rachel & Lisa have gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy with the aids. They are a pleasure to do business with. Cannot recommend them enough. I am so thrilled we found them.
The Specialist there are so nice and always willing to help with a smile. I look forward to every visit. And I love my hearing aids!
I have a pair of Lucid hearing aids that are comfortable to wear, programmable for different situations and with a long battery life. The price was ok too.
