Kristen that works here is the most responsive and sweetest person ever. She goes above and beyond to take care of clients. Thankful for people like her because they are few and far between anymore. 🥰
A girl named Kristen wasn’t very much help. She was helpful as long as she was selling the $1500 hearing aids but when I ask about the cheaper ones she said oh you just purchased them You get nothing else have a nice day, not very professional
