I had the pleasure to meet Derrick at the Sams Club Center in Vero Beach, Florida. I discovered in June 2026 that Sams Club now has quality hearing aids. This was a fortunate discovery. I had gone to the hearing center in Costo in Melbourne, Florida, and I felt rushed. The hearing aids at Sams Club are now on the same level as those at Costco. I bought a set of hearing aids at Sams Club. So far, so good! I'm happy.

I’ve had mine for a little over three years. I stream music, phone calls, and my television at home. Pretty much from day one the Bluetooth connection to my IPhone 13 has been sporadic and unreliable. The team at the store has put forth a valiant effort to fix the problem including replacing them. New hearing aids same old unreliable Bluetooth connection problems. The worst problem among others is the right hearing aid just drops its connection while streaming. Andrea has been wonderful helping my husband with his hearing aids. She is very patient and listens to what you say. He went in for routine maintenance and gave him an updated hearing test.

First time having my hearing tested in many a year. Derick was informative and helped me through the test. Once completed, Derick provided me all the specifics and some options going forward. I appreciated his knowledge and passion for helping. These aids will be a great option for me once I come to grips with knowing I need them.

My mother is 90 with profound hearing loss. Her Sam’s club hearing aids were a game changer. Even more importantly she had access to Sam’s club hearing aid servicing anywhere she is and as a snow bird that is very helpful. Andrea at Vero beach was excellent at assessing her hearing needs and helping us periodically with maintenance. Andrea is empathetic and makes all the difference. She is thorough compared to other experiences we have had at other hearing aid centers.
