My 87 year old mother has tried numerous hearing aids over the years and gone to at least 4 different hearing aid centers. Nothing ever worked 100% and she was always so frustrated and disappointed. After the last pair she had had her pulling her hair out, she decided to try one more time. Andrea at Sam’s Club hearing center in Vero Beach performed a miracle! Andrea Amato at the Vero Beach location was most professional and very thorough both in the Testing and evaluation of my my hearing condition, level of need and selection of replacement of my old devices. She was most patient in adjusting the Liberty Lucid instruments and Rechargeable Battery Accessories. Follow up to install the Bluetooth function is scheduled after I become accustomed to the new aids. Thank you Andes!🙏😊

I was a hearing aid user when I stumbled upon the hearing center at Sam’s in Vero Beach Florida. I had done the research on the product so I made an appointment from testing with Andrea. She spent well over 2 hours with me I both in frequency levels and word identification. After that we walked through noisy areas of the store with my wife , they spoke in Front of me behind me with shopping noises of shopping carts. Even an exit alarm while wearing my fine tuned sample.
