The hearing aid specialist at Sam’s Club was completely unprofessional and clearly didn’t know what he was doing. He couldn’t answer basic questions, didn’t explain anything clearly, and made me feel like I was wasting his time. I expected knowledgeable and helpful service, but instead I left frustrated and confused. I would not trust him to handle something as important as my hearing health.
