Thanks to Katie at the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center (15-501 in Durham) I see improvement of my severely impaired sound location due to severe hearing loss in one ear -- a danger to me especially when walking in parking lots!. Katie listens well and communicates clearly. With her guidance (she is NOT on commission), I chose an aid to wear on the impaired side for the 90-day trial.
