The man who works behind the counter is very rude and crude
Only giving 2 stars because I got my hearing test done and for free, otherwise the man that works here is rude as hell.
I have had 4 hearing aids go bad in a year. Three times I had to wait 5 to 7 days for it to be replaced under warranty. Once they replaced it the same day after i complained to someone higher up. This has made the local doc/rep to get mad at me. When I spend $3400.00 I expect better service than that! They also charged me $400.00 for an extended warranty without explaining it or asking me about it. But the aids keep breaking. Almost glad I got that extended warranty if they die 4 times per year.
