My husband has had significant hearing problems for years and has been to several places for hearing test, hearing aids etc and none of them have been as comprehensive and informative as what he received with Bob Herbert at the Sam’s Club we go to. Bob Herbert is one of the most pleasant people to work with! I felt he did a very thorough testing and explained so well the use of my new hearing aids. I would recommend him to anyone who is in doubt about their hearing. He makes it easy to adjust to new sounds!!
