Chad was great. I had bought the heading aids in Michigan and left almost immediately for Missouri. He tweaked the adjustment, replaced the inserts in my ears and synced to my phone. Great service!
Chad is great!!! He answers all my grandma’s concerns and questions. Whenever she is having an issue with her hearing aids, he does whatever he can to try and solve the issue and help her. Last time I was with her to fix an issue with her hearing aids, he made time to do a free hearing test on me and explained things in detail. Also offered to let me hear what it’s like to hear things when you have hearing loss, like my grandma, so you can understand their struggle with things. How cool is that?
Chad was so knowledgeable and helpful. We needed to be referred to a physician, and Chad arranged for everything to be done in a timely fashion. He explained everything to us, in a way we could easily understand. He was terrific.

Upon purchase of the Lucid hearing devices we were given domes that were not meant to cover the sound tip. When changing the dome and inserting the hearing aides the feel was not correct so again the hearing aides were removed but the newly applied domes caused a considerable problem. We phoned The Jefferson City Sam’s Club Hearing Center to make an emergency appointment with the hearing specialist. The receptionist was so very kind and polite when she answered our emergency call.
