I had a wonderful experience with the Lucid Hearing team at Sam's Club, thanks to one exceptional employee. Anne Grantz was incredibly helpful, informative, and patient while assisting my dad with his first hearing aid fitting and purchase. Went there today trying to get hearing aids repaird. No one was at the desk. Went to the eye care area and found hearing aid doctor chatting it up with the eye doctor. When asked for assistans she very rudely stated she was on a meeting and we had to scedual an appointment. Extremely disrespectful and rude. Would not recommend.
Just wanted to thank Anthony, the specialist there for helping my patient who bought hearing aids from my Georgia Sam's Club location. My patient was able to walk in while traveling and get his hearing aid fixed at no charge!
