I went to customer service today to open my membership card. The black woman working there had a very bad attitude towards customers. She asked for my phone number multiple times and didn't listen to my questions. I waited there for over an hour, but she didn't help me and tried to send me away. When I asked to speak to the manager, she just issued me a new card. I think these people need to be given some education.
Ms, Rivera has the worst customer service attitude of anyone I have ever encountered. Every time I have been there, she acts as though it is an inconvenience for her to even talk to me. I will not be going to that center again. I will drive 40 miles to visit another Lucid Center at Sam's Club. I would give her a minus 1 star.
