Ms, Rivera has the worst customer service attitude of anyone I have ever encountered. Every time I have been there, she acts as though it is an inconvenience for her to even talk to me. I will not be going to that center again. I will drive 40 miles to visit another Lucid Center at Sam's Club. I would give her a minus 1 star.
