Jeremiah was friendly and professional! I appreciated how he took his time and did not make me feel rushed. Jeremiah explained the test results and answered my questions. I did not need hearing aids but have recommended him to friends having issues with their hearing.
Last August 2020 Jeremiah Mobley tested and fitted me with my first pair of hearing aids. I knew my hearing was getting bad but was blown away at the difference these hearing aids made. I have not ever been without them since! This was a life changing event for me, I was missing so much around me, husband, grandkids, music, tv. Jeremiah was so patient and kind a real joy to work with. I have recommended him to several friends. Thank you Jeremiah for making my life so much better.
Went in with some knowledge from internet research and a ton of questions. The whole process was comfortable & informative. I wish I’d made the appointment a couple years ago. I didn’t want to admit how bad my hearing had gotten. Every step was explained & easy, no pressure to buy. Follow up visits were very helpful to get everything adjusted to fit my needs & comfort. Very caring & personable staff.

Jeremiah Mobley provided excellent customer service. He adjusted my hearing aids and gave them a tune up. He practiced the social distance guidelines and still provided top notch customer service.
