Buyer beware: I bought a set of rechargeable hearing aids. From the first week I had problems with one or the other and at times both of them. It was a weekly thing to go in to have something fixed on one or both. For the longest time I was told it was the operating system of the app. Then I was told by a couple of the employees that it was a problem that they were seeing with the charging box.
