I have visited Sam's shop several times now, he has always very kindly fixed my bike quickly to get me back on the road as soon as possible. I recently went for a comprehensive bike service - my bike feels so smooth to ride, as if it's brand new. I will keep visiting whenever my bike needs repairs, thank you very much, Sam!
