Went to Sampters to rent one suit for a wedding. We almost went to Omaha until we were reminded we had Sampters right here in Fremont. The customer service was outstanding, we had no idea what we we wanted and they offered us suggestions appropriate for our event. We have another more casual wedding in August and they even wrote down the information for some dress slacks we were looking at. It’s nice to have such a friendly helpful store in downtown Fremont! Thank you!
Amazing customer service, very nice clothing selection and I know anything I purchase there is going to be quality items.
Sampters has truly amazing customer service. Came into store for fitted dress shirt for groom. We had to order the shirt because the size we needed wasn't in the store. The order was taking too long to process and so a manager called me and offered to alter another shirt at no cost. Thank you Sampters for reducing my stress before my wedding. Would highly recommend this store.
