Lucinda Dunlap was referred to me by two different attorneys, neither of whom took overpayment cases. Lucinda herself responded to my inquiry in a timely matter and did not waste my time with a lot of questions; she got right to the heart of the matter and texted me what my next steps should be. Debra Vanhaus retired suddenly and dropped the case onto Lucinda Dunlap’s lap. During our first phone call, she was completely unprepared, incompetent, and honestly it sounded like she was under the influence of alcohol, though I cannot be sure of that.
