I was referred to Lucinda by another lawyer. They said she was good and I was not disappointed. She and her paralegal Becky helped me through the process of an appeal hearing. It was relatively quick, but far from painless. All my questions and concerns were addressed when I voiced them. Lucinda's confidence definitely helped me feel more confident. I filed an application for SSDI myself. My application was denied. The SSA doesn't make specific recommendations on how to navigate their systems on a path to approval, only publishing their policies, etc. I spoke with Lucinda Dunlap about my case.
