Poor company to deal with, sent out supposedly legal letter to an unconfirmed email address without due diligence. Letter was unsigned and had no contact name as to whom is dealing with the case. Had to spend a length of time to ascertain if the company was legitimate and if someone was using them as a proxy. Did not reply to communication to a certain these points and eventually sent a further letter, this time with a named secretary. Letter had multiple errors, including spelling.
