Rally House advertised the Ohio State University Marching Band with the script Ohio including each instrument. I was surprised to see it available because I was informed the design was no longer licensed but I ordered it anyway thinking it may have been renewed. Upon receiving the garment, the art work was a total travesty of shmeered paint marks, nothing resembling anything but splatter. Today is August 6, 2024. On 12/11/23, I ordered a Michigan Wolverines sweatshirt for my grandson for Christmas. It was scheduled to arrive within 7 business days. It did not arrive. I called multiple times in January and then later in March. Each time there seemed to be some reason the shirt did not arrive. The first few calls I made were either not answered or I was rudely told to send an email to customer service. Ordered a product from their web page. They delivered the wrong product.Called their customer service to correct the issue... they sent the wrong product a second time.They refused to initiate a refund until they received the wrong products back.Forced me to call my bank for a charge back.... never shop here.
Got Christmas gift. Had to return. Got store credit. No problem. BUT THEN....Couldn't find anything I wanted in the store.SO I tried to use credit online THREE times. All THREE times unsuccessful. I've NEVER had so much trouble trying to order something online. Guess I'll have to go to a store. ?? Where everybody stands around talking or doing nothing because they don't know how to do anything else.

I ordered and paid expedited shipping and got a confirmation. Next email says they are out of the 1/2 of my order that is on sale but the full priced items have shipped. Great. I don't need 1/2 of my order, I need all of it. So now I have 1/2 of an order coming and I have to deal with a return. So thanks for the chore Rally House, you ****.
