If I could give the Sample Suite 0 stars I would. I had an appointment scheduled for this past weekend. I called the Sample Suite to confirm my appointment on Saturday. The receptionist informed me that their AC was out and that my appointment had been cancelled. She stated that she had called me. I never received a call from them. In addition to this, they never sent a email, text, or voicemail to cancel the appointment. I asked if they could fit us in at Brickhouse Bridal. The reception is stated, no we’re full. I had the worst experience with Sample Suite at BHB. I had an appointment scheduled & showed up to the boutique and it was closed. When I call Brickhouse Bridal to find out what was going on I was told someone called me and told me they canceled my appointment, which never happened, then I was hung up on in the middle of talking. This was extremely disappointing - this day was supposed to be a fun day trying on dresses for my wedding day and Brickhouse Bridal and Sample Suite ruined it. Do not trust their suggestions on “easy fix” alterations. Going to a sample suite needing alterations is to be expected. The saleswoman, Ashley, recommended I try on a dress that was over my preferred budget and not a style I was interested in but I tried it on anyway. I surprisingly loved the way the dress felt with the exception of the nude lining in the top half of the dress. The two girls working at the store assured me multiple times that any tailor could change that very easily. I bought the dress trusting their advice... read more

I went yesterday looking for a wedding dress. This was the second shop we had stopped at. I felt very rushed the entire appointment. It was very disheartening to hear the lady helping us nix almost everything my mom suggested for me to try on. It felt very cold for something that is supposed to be one of the happiest days you have. We were the only individuals in the store, and yet we were told more than once how much time we had left. It was not at all what I had pictures my day to be like

Rude customer service and a lot of lying. Wouldn’t recommend (read below for explanation). I called to ask what veils they had in stock. They told me they had several pearl veils that matched what I needed and I could come by without an appointment. I drive a long distance to get there the next day that they’re open at 10am and the door is locked. When I called, they said they decided to open at 1pm (no explanation) and to come back then.
