I have used them twice this summer. Elijah in the service department has been great to work with. Both days he gave me same day service at a reasonable price.
Great experience! Sammy was amazing and helped me get a bike that fit me perfectly and within my budget, taking care to put on a riser since I recently had neck surgery to make sure I didn't put unwanted pressure on my neck. 100% will be going back for anything bicycle related.
I had a flat & bought a tube(they didn't have one) and bought a liner to protect from punctures. They charged me $100 for labor!! Boj e in Batavia charge $20. Making me pay for their lack of experience what a pleasant surprise!! Sammy's called me and realized there was a miscommunication and refunded half. Great gesture on their part. And I do appreciate the short wait time
