Usually never had a bad experience with Sameday, but since they have been bought by Day and Ross all sorts of problems have come up. This last time they lost my shipment. 9 days later they finally find it, STILL in the city in which it was picked up in. Will not be using them again for any shipping needs for my business.
We had no problems with this company, from scheduling to the delivery itself. Our Costco shipment was delivered within the specified time-frame. The delivery guys were supposed to leave it on the landing, but were kind enough to bring it down five stairs for us.
