Fantastic experience. Let me set it up a little bit. Our door was bent in the frame and didn't shut all the way even if you pulled with all your might. I thought we needed a new door. Nope. I'm a dummy. All I needed was a miracle worker named Tim. He came out and blew our minds. Professional, competent, and extremely kind. Repair could not have been handled better. We had a very positive experience with Tim. I gave him a call because our new garage door opener remotes were not opening our garage door, nor was the opener on the wall working when pressed. He walked us through the problem, and got the garage door and openers working in no time. Many thanks to Tim for his expertise and kindness and by saving us a service call fee. I definitely would recommend this company!
We had a wonderful experience. Our garage door spring was broken and Nathan came out the very next day and repaired it. It's working good as new and even quieter than before. He was kind, courteous, easy to talk to. Love that we have this local business in Oakville!
The technician came out and got our opener going quickly, and provided honest feedback on the condition of a shop garage door. The technician was honest and transparent about the fact that the shop door was not something his company typically worked on due to its size, but still provided recommendations for a path forward and a reference for a company he suggests using for that work.
