Great experience with this shop! We rented e-bikes and ended up riding 15 miles! It felt like being a kid again because you could ride without hurting or feeling exhausted. Owners were patient and helpful and answered all of our questions. Highly recommended for rental or purchase.

I've been here several times for a myriad of issues related to my/my husband's ebike. Matt has been incredibly helpful every time. He assembled one of our bikes that was shipped to us unassembled, and also helped with replacing a bike seat with a more comfortable one. I recently found out they do ebike rentals as well. Samcycle will continue to be our go-to bike shop for any issues that (hopefully don't) come up for our bikes in the future.

We bought a Blix bike for my wife and a Surface604 Rook bike for myself in 2022. The bikes have been excellent, although we have had to have a few things fixed or tweaked. Matt and his assistant are incredibly responsive in scheduling times to bring in the bikes and have them serviced. He is very resourceful and is able to fix things rather than just order new parts. What a pleasant experience. Brought my bike in for new tires at 10:30 on Wednesday. Talked to Matt and we agreed to pick the bike up on Friday... A few hours later he called and said your bike is ready... Tires, tubes, and brakes already done... Super nice people to deal with, very friendly.

I was referred here and you know what it worked out. Perfect. This is a good place to come and you can trust them in the pricing is reasonable. I’m grateful for the opportunity for somebody to work on my kids bike. That knows what they’re doing.
