We are now looking for a new company. Their customer service is the worse I have every experienced!! Stay away. There is NO PHONE NUMBER that connects you to a live person. This is a company that fails to handle consumer data appropriately. A clerical error at a court landed me on the suspension list of my state(NY). In my state continual monitoring is required for rideshare driving through the LENS program which provides Samabasafety with daily statuses on licenses.I was immediately informed by Sambasafety of the wrongful suspension which I was grateful that I found out that quickly.
