If I could give them zero stars I would. From the start the communication was horrible we were in this process for over 14 months and still no foster license. We never received any updates unless we messaged them and even then it would take days to weeks to even get a response. If you are wanting to get your foster license I would save your self the time and go to a different agency because you will not get it going through this one .
We submitted all of our paperwork 10months ago to become foster parents. We have a 4 bedroom house, steady jobs, lots of love to give, great references and I’m in early education however we have still not heard back on if we have been approved we will reach out and not hear back for weeks to month or more each time. It’s sad we would love to help.
