Went to OT for a Fx wrist that was not healing. The therapist did not listen to what I was telling him. He numbed my hand and bend it repeatedly while pulling and twisting my thumb. I am in extreme pain daily from his treatment! I would not go to this place. They will make you worse!

I took a drug test here and I initially paid $35 that day. A week later I get a call saying “we messed up we need you to pay another $12” so I paid another $12. Almost 2 weeks later I get a bill in the mail saying I owe $43 more. I’ve been contacting Alecia in billing for 3 days in a row so far, leaving a message each time and have yet to receive a call back. Myself and spouse were there yesterday. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Not sure why there are reviews saying rude staff. Everyone we came in contact with was great! Some even went out of their way to greet us and smile. Maybe those folks are "Karens".

I’ve been here several times over the last 5 years for testing for work. And they are ALWAYS short staffed and very slow. The building smells terrible. And often the staff are rude. Waiting in the waiting room for 45 minutes seems like the norm. Don’t plan on getting things done efficiently.
