I took a drug test here and I initially paid $35 that day. A week later I get a call saying “we messed up we need you to pay another $12” so I paid another $12. Almost 2 weeks later I get a bill in the mail saying I owe $43 more. Myself and spouse were there yesterday. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Not sure why there are reviews saying rude staff. Everyone we came in contact with was great! Some even went out of their way to greet us and smile. Maybe those folks are "Karens".
I’ve been here several times over the last 5 years for testing for work. And they are ALWAYS short staffed and very slow. The building smells terrible. And often the staff are rude. Waiting in the waiting room for 45 minutes seems like the norm. Don’t plan on getting things done efficiently.
Went there to update my UA drug card. Was made to fill out paperwork I've never had to do at other places for the same thing. Staff didn't seem to know what was going on, with their own processes. I was one of two people there in the lobby and waited over 45 min to actually do the UA. I got called back 3x and each time they made me sit back down because they forgot something/didn't do something they needed to do. I went in for a drug test for my upcoming radiology program. The staff was friendly and professional. I did not wait long, maybe 10 minutes before I was called back.
