Dr. Erin Hoppin is one of the best I've worked with, she is wonderful. I am honestly disappointed, however, in the front desk service and lack of flexibility in getting me the services I need. Long wait times and sass on the phone leave me feeling frustrated!

What a joke. I am on Samaritan dual advantage, and I can not even get scheduled for an OMT. I was told right on the phone they are so busy, they can not take anymore patience, I was also told that they have lost two providers / Dr`s. I`m down and can not walk. No other Chiropractor will take my insurance. Once again Samaritan fails the local community. Lebanon OMT is a big joke also. They also refused to make any appointments with me, or even put me on a waiting list. They keep saying ( SamFit).... More like Samaritan Unfit ... read more
The worst place for treatment. They tell you a student will come to take your symptoms, while the doctor sits in his office drinking coffee. They leave you waiting for two or three hours and they don’t care.
