The support staff at Samarinda Aged Care are so genuine and truly caring towards the elderly residents. Clinical Care/ nursing is of a high standard.
I had both my parents house there the care was good but they have thieves amongst there staff who stole from my father whilst he was dying they took the watch from his arm. Reported to them and the police but never been contacted by again. Very disappointed
