I’ve had several massages with Samara, and she does wonderful relaxation massages as well as more targeted ones for my sore shoulder. She is an incredible remedial therapist and also has a beautiful, calming energy. She also helped me with nutritional advice during my pregnancies and afterwards and uses a holistic approach that was realistic/sustainable for my lifestyle.
Samara gives beautiful massages. Really listens to concerns and gives a tailored treatment. Highly skilled and would highly recommend. She has a holistic approach which is what I love.

I specifically booked a remedial massage with Samara at Nutrition and Massage during my trip to Australia because she was highly recommended. She was absolutely incredible! Tailored the treatment to exactly what my body needed, with my back issues and chronic pain. I wish I was able to see her again before I left! I had a nutrition session too, and she really understood my health condition and was able to come up with a plan for me to follow. Really happy I saw her. Thank you Samara!
