Venus is amazing at doing massages. My pre and post natal massage was extremely helpful. My pain was reduced drastically, my knots almost completely gone even though I waited to long to get a massage. Don't wait until the end like I did. I'm regularly getting massages now and it made my post partum pain transition so much better. Venus is professional, respectful, strong and actively listen to my pressure requests. Great customer service.
Venus is one of my favorite instructors. I always receive exactly what I need from her class, whether that may be the message or her consistent flow of poses. Confident you will receive something you didn’t know you needed from her class, no matter what stage you’re at.
Venus and Dustin are wonderful spirits with great talent for yoga and music! Yoga at Notre Vue Vineyards has provided a beautiful space for this phenomenal team to cultivate evenings of calming but powerful yoga mixed with live acoustic guitar. All the while you are overlooking the vineyards from the hills. Afterward, you can enjoy wine tasting and relaxing. Tuesday night’s are my new favorite. A dynamic duo helping heal the world one yogi at a time. Thank you V + D!
