I have been to 6 of these retreats in less than 2 years. Wonderful. Many techniques to accelerate awakening and silence of mind are presented. Meals are tasty, filling, and satisfying. Bedding and meditation positions are comfortable and facilitate silence of mind by eliminating body -consciousness distractions. The Samadhi Silent Retreat was a refreshing, relaxing spiritual experience in a beautiful location with kind people who are willing to share their knowledge and home for a reasonable price. Lalla Dawn Breeze and David Browning, along with the other retreat participants, made the weekend memorable and thought-provoking. I have attended three silent retreats.
