This is my once a year reset retreat, have been going for the past 4 years and it’s absolutely fabulous. Could not recommend it more highly! Have been to numerous other retreats and nothing compares! Wonderful people, you don’t go hungry. You not only get yoga, but spiritual healing, body detox and soul cleansing. I reset my batteries for another year ahead. Ronny
I had an amazing time at this retreat. Kat and Skye were not only skilled and knowledgeable but also incredibly kind. The group dynamic was supportive and comfortable. The yoga sessions were great and Kat was very good at providing required modifications. The food was delicious and nourishing! What a treat in this modern world to be able to stop and recharge with Kat. Caring & nuturing for what is best for you is at the core of the teaching experience delivered. Looking forward to my next on island retreat.
Kat’s yoga sessions are restorative and super helpful for flexibility. Also incredibly special when they can be on the beach. A great start to the day.
