I didn't know what to expect when on my first appointment with Adam at Sama Therapeutics, but after the interview and treatment I knew that this guy knew what he was doing. Focusing on my long term history of poor posture and back problems, he told me what the protocol would be to getting better without making any exaggerated promises (which I respect). This is not chiropractic massage!! Rather, his approach is a more gentle form of manipulation of pressure points applied to relieve long term pain and discomfort.
I had a great experience here! Kim helped me with my calf and heel and it has really made a difference.
I was referred to Adam by a friend who previously had a similar issue with tennis elbow. We focused on trigger points in the massage and helping me do things at home as well. I felt a reduction in pain after the first session! Can't wait until this fully resolves, with Adam's help. Definitely go see him!
Adam is very knowledgeable and thorough with his approach to healing. He gave me follow up exercises to do at home. Shoulders are feeling much better.
