Beautiful store, extremely expensive, per say overly priced. Hoity-Toity old bitties! Snare, Snare, Keep your upscale items amongst yourselves!
We had an incredibly disappointing experience at this store. The employees were extremely rude and unhelpful. Not a single word was spoken to me at the register while I was making a purchase. Instead of offering assistance, they kept eyeballing us suspiciously while we tried to shop. It made the entire visit uncomfortable and unpleasant. I won't be returning and definitely do NOT recommend this store to others. I actually would have spent more on something if they had any customer service skills!!!!
As an interior designer, I often visit various stores to find unique pieces for my clients. Unfortunately, my experience at this small store was nothing short of disappointing. Despite the already overpriced items, the most concerning issue was the abysmal customer service. The ladies working there were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Very upscale shop filled with items for everyone on my list including myself. There was a book display up front the day I shopped, “Between Tides” and the author came in while I was there. We talked and she signed my copy of her book. The coolest thing that’s happened to me in a while. Staff very kind and I am looking forward to my next trip.
