My boyfriend dropped off 3 years of taxes and paid upfront 2 months ago and taxes were never filed. He doesn't answer the phone and nobody is ever in the office. I guess its time to file a 14157-A complaint with the irs
Extremely disappointed in the lack of response. I scheduled an appointment and on the day of, the door was locked and no one answered the phone after calling more than 10 times. Waited in my car for 30 minutes. This is a huge inconvenience as no one called to reschedule or let me know anything had changed. Waste of time off work and gas.
