We never got our state refund and IRS claims they have no record of it being filed. I have called, texted, left voicemails, and sent several emails. Very unprofessional. I cannot get in touch with them. I have no idea what to do about this. Does anyone have any advice on what to do?

Roxanne is the best around, hands down. She will work extra hard finding everything to get you every dime owed to you. I referred several folks and they were also happy. The cost is very affordable and by far, the cheapest around. Super nice and easy to work with. They make you feel like family.
