This was my fourth time using Sam Removal Adelaide and overall the service was good. The two movers were patient and careful with my old wooden furniture which I really appreciated. We had a big day with 3 loads delivered across 2 locations. The limited experience showed at times. They needed direction to position furniture the correct way around and struggled to get a tall slim wardrobe into the intended room (which my father and brother managed later on). Excellent move of 350 boxes of wine from one storage facility to another. Two hard working blokes and a truck hand loaded and unloaded from shelving over a day and a half. Very happy. Grace Removals did not want the job and contacted Kent Removals but no response! Well done SAM.

I would like to sincerely thank the Sam Removals team for the excellent job they did. Our move turned out to be quite challenging, as the company we had originally booked cancelled at the last minute when the driver didn’t show up. I hesitated about writing this review, but I think others should know what they are getting themselves into. I would recommend reading other similar reviews before booking. The movers arrived 3 hours late with poor communication. I booked for 2pm and confirmed, yet I needed to follow up multiple times as there was no heads up that they were running behind. The removal team Karan N Manav were fantastic. They did a wonderful job moving all our things carefully and quickly. The workers were friendly and helpful, always ready to lend a hand when needed. They even went out of their way to ensure everything was packed and loaded safely. It was a big help during what can often be a stressful time. Thanks to their hard work, the whole moving process was smooth and easy for us. We are very grateful!
