This was my fourth time using Sam Removal Adelaide and overall the service was good. The two movers were patient and careful with my old wooden furniture which I really appreciated. We had a big day with 3 loads delivered across 2 locations. The limited experience showed at times. They needed direction to position furniture the correct way around and struggled to get a tall slim wardrobe into the intended room (which my father and brother managed later on). Had a good experience with Sam Removals. The team was punctual, professional, and handled most of the furniture with care. There were a few minor scratches on some items, but nothing too serious. One of the more pocket friendly movers. Overall, happy with the service — solid 9 out of 10. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing service from beginning to end! Sam Removals did an awesome job with my nephew’s move. The team was really friendly, super organized, and very considerate with all his belongings. Everything was moved perfectly and exactly on time. I’m very satisfied with their service and i would most definitely use their services again. Highly recommended.👍❤️

I thought this service was pretty good, really nice fellas that did the work and they worked hard to get the job done, doing their best to get some fairly heavy stuff upstairs which is always hard. Good communication from Sam. They secured the items in the truck well so it was all about as professional as you get for the money I expect. I'd use them again as they were very easy to work with.

I do not recommend these people. There is no work safety at all. They simply lift your belongings and cram them into a container. They lack the proper materials and equipment to handle and lift heavy items, which led to our things getting damaged. I still have cabinets that are ruined, and I was not able to take pictures of them because they have been discarded. Don’t be fooled by their sweet promises and reassurances.
