I do not recommend these people. There is no work safety at all. They simply lift your belongings and cram them into a container. They lack the proper materials and equipment to handle and lift heavy items, which led to our things getting damaged. I still have cabinets that are ruined, and I was not able to take pictures of them because they have been discarded. Don’t be fooled by their sweet promises and reassurances. Please reconsider employing these cowboys to transfer your belongings. They brought with them a van that was completely inappropriate and having arrived an hour late without calling. It took 11 hours to move a family of three 20 minutes from the old house to the new house. In total, we were charged approximately $2500. One of the guys wanted $500 cash up front before he unloaded even though a deposit of $250 was paid. Now I need to mention the damage. Our washing machine was damaged in the bottom right corner. First time to be dealing with this sort of person. Friday 24th someone called at 11:30am and said they were 20mins away to deliver our stuff. I told the driver we were not at home at that because how can you call someone and expect them to be home without communicating with them first.
