I was in contact with this office the initial conversation was wonderful! The paralegal Aub I thought she was awsome and had wonderful convo. There was a misunderstanding on my part and while trying to apologize on my behalf with this organization; I was ignored. I hate that I shared my idea with this organization and the paralegal. The actual attorney I also reached out to, and he just didnt respond either. I really wanted to work with them. Maybe this wasnt the firm for my venture. Customer service sucks.
