ABSOLUTELY APPALLING REMOVALISTS! Do not use this company (aka Aussie moving and storage). They scam you. They hold your furniture as hostage until you pay more than than agreed cost, saying you owe more because your cubic metres was higher than quoted and that the uplift and unload time allotted went over time. They are unprofessional rogues. You do not get replies to your phone calls or text messages until you threaten them. I have moved over 38 time in my life, some of those crossing continents. I have never come across a more ridiculously inefficient, non-communicative 'business' in my life. 8 weeks after we got here we finally received the last bit of our furniture. It took them 8 hours to load our truck - mainly because the driver had to have a sleep and their workers were fasting for religious purposes. My husband and son did the bulk of the work. The Worst family small business I've dealt with I agree with the other 1starts please if you want BAD service and unreliable staff this is the place for it. Dont even accept their cheap quote its not worth the headache. The other 5 starts on here are the family and Owner of this business so I urge you to stay away from this company.

This company is extremely unprofessional, unreliable, dishonest and inexperienced. Although they were cheap, in the end this was not worth the stress, hassle and severe lack of communication and professionalism. We would not recommend this company to our worst enemy. This company was the worst experience we have ever had. We highly recommend to not use them. They turned up on the wrong day and stayed at our house until 2.30am in the morning. Very slow and many of our items have been broken, scratched. They simply did not care.
