Excellent furniture store. The thing that really stood out to me was that the staff did a great job of being available without being intrusive or overbearing compared to other shops. The first time we went they happened not to have what we were looking for, but the service made them our first stop the next time we needed something and was the difference maker in deciding where to buy from.
Adam could not have been more professional. He was on time, efficient, thorough, and pleasant. He cared for my home and possessions as if they were his own. I will definitely work with him again.
We went to every furniture store in the Elmira area and couldn’t find what we were looking for and stopped in at Sam Peter on our way home and found the perfect couch. We were able to customize the fabric for minimal additional cost (around $100). We got to choose the fabric of the throw pillows as well. They were super friendly and delivered my couch quickly. Highly recommend checking out Sam Peter!
My mother gifted us a recliner from the store and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They delivered the chair to our home and when the recliner mechanism broke (the metal snapped) they ordered replacement parts and fixed it at our place without it costing us anything (it happened within the first year warranty). They’re always a pleasure to work with and I’ll be sure to visit their store in the future if we are looking for additional furniture.
