We went to every furniture store in the Elmira area and couldn’t find what we were looking for and stopped in at Sam Peter on our way home and found the perfect couch. We were able to customize the fabric for minimal additional cost (around $100). We got to choose the fabric of the throw pillows as well. They were super friendly and delivered my couch quickly. Highly recommend checking out Sam Peter!
My mother gifted us a recliner from the store and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They delivered the chair to our home and when the recliner mechanism broke (the metal snapped) they ordered replacement parts and fixed it at our place without it costing us anything (it happened within the first year warranty). They’re always a pleasure to work with and I’ll be sure to visit their store in the future if we are looking for additional furniture.
Amazing store, top to bottom. Great staff, great owner, wide selection, good prices, and if you have any problem with your furniture, call them. I did, and the problem was fixed, re-delivered without a charge, within 24 hours. I'll never buy furniture anywhere else. Thanks, Mark. You guys are the best!
