They were very friendly And fast
Very poor Quality. I bought two Sam Moore chairs for my mother one with power recliner. We are on our third motor for the power recliner, one each year, and at 250.00 each to replace, it quickly adds up.
WORST experience I've had with furniture purchase and craftsmanship. DO NOT BUY from High Point Furniture and DO NOT buy Sam Moore. Took 9 months to get a custom loveseat and cuddler, then when it arrived NONE of the legs touch the floor squarely and one of the legs doesn't even touch at all! Fabric is stretched awkwardly too. Now I've been waiting another 3 weeks to hear something back from anyone about how they will fix it. I've heard NOTHING. I'll never buy Sam Moore again. I was an employee for the SAM MOORE COMPANY in Bedford VA. Very good company to work for, with amazing employees! I worked there for several months, and always saw nothing but dedicated people who took pride in their work and the products that they made.
