Had to take it back after the initial repair, where it was admitted that a cheaper screen had been used, which completely changed the colour balance. The new screen was so dark that my phone was unusable in daylight. After a week, I noticed a permanent pink spot on the display, and the phone kept malfunctioning as if I was touching the screen even when I wasn't. You'll leave with more issues than you walked in with.
It's been a wonderful experience with Sam Mobile. I had an issue with my mobile battery. They solved my issue within the day.
Had a problem with my phone charging port. Sam quickly identified the problem and fixed it without charging me.
