I went in on a July 4th looking for a specific entertainment center that I had seen previously located within the “Gallery”. Ordered a chair from Marana location and day of delivery no call no show, called delivery department and they said we needed to call store manager. Manager stated chair was damaged but no one had the decency to call us to let us know there was a problem instead they just charged our cc and let us rearrange our day and waited for us to call to see if they could sell us a different chair... are you kidding me... and still didn’t apologize that we were not contacted. Bought a new mattress & boxspring set online, received a reburfished product without notice.
worst service ever, I order 2 super expensive desks for my office, I hired all kind o labor for that day they were getting delivered( assembling people, internet, cameras etc) The store hire outside delivering which these guys not only rude but didn't have an idea what they were delivering. They delivered the wrong desks. After 8 days of Delay for Delivery, Bianca Tried to make me fool , that I assume & I Didn’t answer to confirm , email or text ,!!! That I never received any notice , very bad Customer Service
Their furniture is junk and not even worth the money. The warranty is also a waste of your money. None of my furntiure, bedroom or living room held up past a year. My dining room table is complete trash. Started getting bubbles and chipping within months. Will never buy their garbage again.
