Almost everything has to be ordered takes forever..Went by there yesterday and the sign is off the building, so are they out of business?
From walking in the door of the store, until final set-up of our new furniture in our home, service was top-notch. Our sales associate, Anna R listened and helped us find exactly what we wanted. She patiently & accurately handled my order changes I needed to make a few hours after the sale when I measured my living room more carefully. The delivery process was smooth, with notification & updates. Anna, as well as the delivery team were great! Definitely recommend Sam’s Furniture Outlet.
If you're not shopping for furniture 4 - 6 months before you actually need it (and hoping it will not be broken or missing pieces) I would stay clear of Sam Levitz. Will NEVER go there again! You'd think after 70 years they would have their act together!
Every aspect of my experience getting a new bed here was bad. Salesman sold us items not in stock or even sold there. This somehow slipped past the floor manager and two others that do delivery dispatch. The attitude of the check out staff and the floor manager was rude and hostile even more so after they made mistakes. After politely asking why so many errors on a multi thousand dollar order, this business had to be brow beat into an apology or setting things right.
