A lifesaver! I could never work with another CPA after working with Sam.
Today, I unexpectedly received a bill of more than $600 from this accountant. The reason was that I consulted Shiyang, a Chinese accountant on their team, but I pay their annual fee every year, and Shiyang did not tell me that there would be any fees before the consultation. Is this reasonable?
